Admitted to the administrative appeal filed by New response

On Monday October 18, has been accepted for consideration on judicial review brought by ALI and the Colleges of Computer Engineers in Castilla La Mancha and Computer Engineers in Valencia, with the collaboration of the College of Computer Engineers in Andalusia, against Royal Decree 1837/2008, of November 8, which are incorporated into English law of Directive 2005/36 / EC and 2006/100/EC on the recognition of professional qualifications.

This action was brought in following the above-mentioned Royal Decree, have not been included in Computer Technical Engineers, which we understand is a way of excluding those professionals (to not having included in the standard), despite that Computer Engineering is a profession that we understand that you are legally regulated by the Law 12/86 which provides for the regulation of professional activity of the Architects and Engineers.

Following acceptance of this Appeal and once given the AR transfer to our lawyers, they are already working on the formalization of the relevant action to be presented in the next few days.

Appeal aforementioned addition, we remind you that are in place other two that were also presented at the time:

• One against the agreement adopted by the Council of Ministers at its meeting on 26 December 2008, laying down the conditions that must adapt the curriculum leading to collection of titles that qualify for the practice of professions regulated Engineer, also agreement that were not included in the Technical Engineering in Computer Science, or that is, were excluded de facto, and
• CIN/352/2009 Another against the Order of 9 February, laying down the requirements for verification of university degrees that qualify for the practice of profession of Engineer of Telecommunications, issued by the Minister for Science and Innovation, to understand that the development of the same has not been taken into account in Computer Technical Engineers, but are going to be directly affected by this rule.
